Sunday 1st September 201910:30Prayer in the Upper Room
Join us to focus, worship, and pray prior to the Sunday morning service.
11:15Sunday Service
Our Sunday services include contemporary worship with the Praise Band and may include notices of upcoming events, prayer, Bible readings and Communion.
The overhead screen will prompt when it is time for Sunday School. Our teachers provide a Scripture Union Scotland based lesson of songs, stories and activities in our three classrooms for preschool, p1-3 and p4-7.
After the sermon there may be opportunity to pray for individuals, and the Pastor will be at the door for a quick chat and to answer questions or arrange pastoral appointments.

The Alpha Course is a series of interactive and informal sessions that explore the basics of the Christian faith. Facilitated by our Alpha Co-ordinator Pauline, we hold the course twice a year on a Monday evenings at 6.30pm. We meet weekly for approximately three months, sharing a meal together before a video and discussion.

We are delighted to be able to offer this FREE weekly Sewing Workshop supporting the asylum seeker and refugee community. This class is to support and teach those with English as a second language, or non-English speakers; predominantly those who are new to the UK and would appreciate the opportunity to engage with others in similar situations. Sewing2gether All Nations is one of eight "Sharing Lives, Sharing Languages" projects supported by the Scottish Refugee Council from May 2019 - 2020

Facing Goliath: How a Man Overcomes His Giants to Follow Christ. Every Wednesday night at 7pm, 4th - 25th September 2019. Overcome giants and experience a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ. When it comes to their spiritual journey, many men feel defeated. Hindered by 'giants'; they stand motionless feeling like wimps instead of warriors. Whether they feel intimidated, unmotivated, or just downright out of touch with what it means to pursue a relationship with God, Facing Goliath offers help to every man who wants to overcome his giants and experience a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ. Addressing topics like intellectual doubt, fear, pride, and selfishness, men will find practical steps to discovering the answers to questions, of faith, salvation, and spiritual growth. This course will help men learn Christian essentials in a way that appeals to those who are seeking what it means to be a follower of Jesus and those who have already found Jesus and want to grow.

A Parents & Toddlers group is held in the Mossvale Hall and Mossy Cafe every Thursday morning at 9.45am (term time only) with lots of toys and activities, storytime, snacks for children and adults. Entry is just £1.50 per child.

All pre-school children are welcome with their parents, grandparents or child minders. The group is co-ordinated by Joyce, and supported by several other hard working volunteers!

The group often has a waiting list, but pop by and give your details, and they will get you and your child a place as soon as possible.

We hold monthly services for the residents of Ailsa Court sheltered housing complex. We meet there on the second Sunday of the month at 2.00pm, singing their favourite traditional hymns, and sharing using drama, poems and short words of encouragment.
