Line Dancing
Date and Time :
16th February 2016
-
8:00pm
- 9:30pm
Whatever you have heard previously about line dancing… put those thoughts aside and embrace one of the most fun ways to exercise!
Line dancing is a dance in which a group of people dance in one or more lines and dance to a choreographed set of steps in a sequence.
As line dancing involves a lot of footwork and legwork, it is great for cardiovascular fitness, plus you don't need a partner or any specialist equipment(cowboy boots are NOT required!)
The majority of our class never danced until recently and we welcome new members of all ages. It doesn't matter if you don't know your left from your right or your box step from your grapevine - we all just take it one step at a time and have a good laugh together. So join us in the Mossvale Hall at 8pm on Tuesday evenings.
[Class costs £3, plus donation for refreshments. No need to book]
